Back to the trail. We've spent the last two days zeroing, getting picked up off the trail and taken to clays dad's house in Sanger, near Fresno. We slept, ate, and visited with family seldom seen from far far away. 

Now that we have a better handle on our fuel and toliet paper usage, we rearranged our resupply boxes and fortified them with candy and other sweet treats. 

We picked up our bear cans a few days early and 9 days worth of food! We are super excited about our next stretch of trail. Finally out of the desert and into the mountains. I'm sure it will be difficult but I can't wait for the change and beautiful scenery.  

Looking forward to hopefully getting to see this little love nugget soon

and more visits with family. As we enter the high sierras we won't have much phone service if any at all, so don't worry if you don't hear from us for a while.
