24 miles (1296 to 1320)
The miles did not come easy today. We woke up early and were out of camp by 7:30, we set up camp about 12 hours later. Sometimes I'm amazed by how much we do before lunch or between breaks. Today was the opposite, we took few breaks and hardly traveled anywhere in between them. Clay and I joked that our legs don't feel tired, it's more like a total body exhaustion.
For the last few days, with the exception of our short trip through town yesterday, we have hardly seen anyone on the trails. Two to four people per day, that's it.
